3. Role of Garten Dream SIA

Garten Dream SIA acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers. While we do not manufacture, or directly ship the products listed on our Site, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.

We work closely with trusted suppliers to provide high-quality products and offer comprehensive support, including insurance options, to protect your purchases. If you encounter any issues with your order, our dedicated team is here to assist you in resolving them promptly.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing an Order

  • By placing an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our suppliers.

4.2 Payment

  • We accept the following payment methods:  Credit Card, Klarna, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (for orders above 500EUR,and ONLY in Germany, Austria, Belgium and Netherlands).

  • Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

  • Prices include VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders outside European Union,

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Partners

5.2 Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to supplier or carrier issues, and we are not liable for such delays.

5.3 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and product weight.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1 Returns

  • You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6.3 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

  • When selecting payment with cash on delivery, you must cancel order 72h before agreed delivery time. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping fee, which will be calculated to your assigned delivery address and back to our warehouse.

  • Garten Dream SIA is not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of products, as they are supplied by third parties.

  • Any claims related to product defects or damages must be directed to the supplier or manufacturer.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7.3 Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier issues, or government actions.

  • All content on the Site, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Garten Dream SIA or licensed for use.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

  • Using of our pictures, descriptions or any other Intellectual Property will result in court.

  • Your data may be shared with suppliers and logistics partners to fulfill your order.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

  • Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

  • If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled in the courts of Rīga, Latvia.
