Terms of purchase

These general conditions cover all sales, unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.
ORDERS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
The easiest and fastest way to order our products is via this website www.gartendream.com, which is available 24 hours a day.
PRICES AND CATALOG VALIDITY
The prices on our website apply. However, we reserve the right for misspellings, price changes caused by exchange rate changes, devaluations, VAT increases or the like that are beyond our control. VAT is included in all prices.
Free shipping within Germany, Austria, Belgium and Netherlands except to non-bridged islands.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
The dimensions given for greenhouses and sheds refer to external dimensions. In the assembly instructions for each product, details about dimensions and assembly are usually given. We reserve the right for typographical errors in connection with the products and in the assembly instructions.
DELIVERY TIME and RECEIPT OF GOODS
The greenhouses are delivered to your home with notification before delivery. Smaller packages can be delivered to the nearest agent.
Greenhouse accessories are normally delivered within a couple of days.
Delivery time for the normal-sized greenhouses are 3-7 working days.
Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, so place your order well in advance of planned assembly, especially if you hire external craftsmen. Products marked "Can be listed" usually have a longer delivery time. Contact us for details.
Carefully check the goods together with the driver to ensure that everything is complete and that all parcels have been delivered. Remarks on transport damage to be made within seven days of delivery. We expect you to help the driver unload the goods if necessary. The road to the unloading site for the larger tunnel greenhouses must be passable for trucks with a height of 4.5 meters and a longest vehicle length of 25 meters.

 

GOODS NOT RECEIVED
Additional costs caused by you not having received and acknowledged your goods within 15 days after you received notification from the carrier, will be charged to you (the goods will then be sent back to us). Also costs arising due to other reasons, e.g. that access to the reception location is not free, you will be charged.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
In case of transport damage, a written note on the waybill must be made by both driver and recipient in connection with receipt. Visible damage must always be noted upon receipt, otherwise the transport claim is not valid. The complaint is then reported immediately by the recipient to the complaints department at Garten Dream, so that we can send replacement goods. Damages reported later than 7 days after receipt are not accepted. Remember to save damaged goods until you have received your replacement delivery, in case an inspection of the damage will take place.

OPEN PURCHASE AND RETURNS
If you regret your purchase, you have full right of return or exchange within 14 days. Always contact us before returning and we will give you further instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For returns and exchanges, please state the customer, delivery note and invoice number. The right of return applies to everyone. When returning, the product must be packed in unbroken original packaging and the delivery labeled with the correct return number.

PAYMENT
At www.gartenendream.com you can choose the payment option Banktransfer, PayPal, invoice or Cash on Delivery(COD). We will send an invoice to the specified e-mail address if nothing else has been specified.
The goods belong to Garten Dream until full payment is made. If payment has not been made within 30 days after the due date of the invoice, Garten Dream has the right to repossess the goods or other chattels of equivalent value if there is no other agreement.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
Garten Dream treats all personal data confidentially. We save personal data to customers in order to be able to deliver goods and contact customers after sales. No personal data is disclosed to third parties. Social security number is only required when choosing to pay after delivery and is used for credit assessment. If you do not want to provide your social security number for credit checks, or if you have payment complaints, you can instead choose to pay your order in advance. You can contact us at any time to find out what personal data we have about you and to let us know if you want any data to be deleted.

FORCE MAJEURE
If Garten Dream is prevented from delivering or re-delivery or such delivery responsibility becomes unreasonably large as a result of labor conflict, system error or any other circumstance beyond the parties' control such as fire, war, mobilization or military call-up, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, uprisings and riots, lack of means of transport, general shortage of goods, rationing and deficiencies in the form of delays in deliveries from suppliers or producers in accordance with similar circumstances covered in this point, www.garten-dream.myshopify.com is free from any responsibility other than to credit the goods at the time of complaint purchase amount.
